I saw this sign on the way out... 3 ugly ones!

Downtown Nashville's batman building

We started off at the RCA studio

Elvis recorded a few hits here. Among others, Waylon Jennings and Roy Orbison to name a few.

A piano he played

Some old cabinets.

Near music row (where all the studios and record company buildings are) there's this statue of naked people dancing.

The Country Music Hall of Fame...

Elvis's caddy he used to tour in.

Elvis's gold piano Pricilla bought him for their first anniversary.

JC's Martin guitar with hella custom inlays

Hella gold and platinum recs.

"Elect Cash" mail campaign, he didn't get in until 1980. Things were mixed about him back then. His attitude was basically "fuck Nashville".

My date for lunch in the lobby of the hall of fame.

Outside the Hall of Fame looks like a giant piano

We went to the Ryman where the Grand Ole Opry used to be until 1974. Cash was banned in 1965 for being rowdy drunk.

Looking out from the stage.

The stage

It used to be a church

Coldplay says it's the greatest theater in the world.

Elvis Costello show print signed.

The 2 people that ran this place in the hey day.

Outside the Ryman, it's huge.

Gay Street, I've finally found it!
Later that night below...
